Kommuninvest issues a SEK 3 billion new bond
16 September 2025Kommuninvest today issued SEK 3 billion (USD 0.32 billion) in a new bond under the Swedish Benchmark Programme. The new bond, labeled K3105, matures on May 12, 2031, and will be added to the calendar for the programme’s weekly auctions.
The transaction, which had a bid-to-cover ratio of 3,48, was priced 31,92. basis points above mid-swaps and approximately 49 basis points above the corresponding Swedish government bond.
