Front Office & Trading Floor: Market operators are directly involved in debt issuance, both short- and long-term, ensuring the bank’s financing activities are carried out under the best possible conditions.
Investor Relations Team: This team oversees financial communication efforts and builds strong, trusted relationships with investors.
ALM Team: Responsible for managing the bank’s assets and liabilities, this team ensures the balance sheet remains financially stable by integrating asset flows, managing liquidity, and maintaining a controlled risk appetite.
Middle and Back Office: This team handles the recording of debt issuances and market operations.
Public Sector & Hospital Financing
The teams dedicated to local public sector financing support critical investments made by local authorities and public healthcare institutions.
Partnership Management: They manage relationships with partner banks, particularly La Banque Postale, which markets Sfil loans.

Operations Monitoring & Execution: They coordinate fund disbursements, manage credit agreements, and maintain relationships with stakeholders (commercial banks, exporters, and local authorities).
