Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego has been awarded TOP Employer certificate for the fourth time in a row. This year Top Employers Institute awarded this certification 1875 times in 123 countries. Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego took fourth place out of several dozen companies in Poland receiving the score - 97.7 per cent.
Business strategy, people strategy, leadership, organisation & change, learning, performance, employer branding, work environment, onboarding, values, ethics, and sustainability are the areas where BGK obtained 100 per cent of available points.
